Returns are an unfortunate but constant reality for many of our clients. At IEP, we help to make the most out of this negative through our dedicated Returns Management team. We employ a great crew, automated systems and client specific processes that help to minimize the costs associated with returns handling, and quickly get inventory back onto the shelf as shippable finished goods (for those items that can be refurbished).

IEP Fulfillment Services will process returns in a timely fashion, whether these be Retail Returns or Consumer Returns. Efficiency and effectiveness, both are trademarks of the IEP Returns Management team! The majority of returns are received, processed and confirmed back to the client (with an accurate account of all that was returned), generally within 1-3 days from the time they reach our facility.
